Mr. Tyrol’s experience has focused on the evaluation of building materials and construction. His experience includes positions as an appraiser of real and personal property, a consulting engineer performing analyses of roofs and building envelopes, and a project engineer performing structural design review of steel pump suction tanks, and testing and certification of building materials. His services include the examination of building envelopes with an emphasis on the forensic analysis of component/system failures and water infiltration.
