Town of Orangetown 1994 – 2017 Office of Building, Zoning, Planning, Administration and Enforcement
Director – Responsible for the supervision, operation and budget of a multi-disciplinary department. Perform complex engineering, environmental, planning, building construction and administrative duties in connection with the Town Board, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals. Architectural Community Appearance Board and Historic Areas Board requirements. Enforce the State Building Codes and Town Codes. Serve as advisor to the Planning Board. Manage Town projects. Represent the Town at local, County and State meetings. Serve as the Floodplain Manager.

New York City Department of Environmental Protection 1992 – 1994
Bureau of Water Supply and Wastewater
Program Engineer/Project Coordinator – Administrative supervision of a technical staff of engineers, environmental planners and project coordinators. Directly oversaw activities and managed projects designed to eliminate any adverse impacts on the New York City watershed lands and water supply system. Developed programs and policy designed to protect water supply. Prepared strategy and implementation plans pertaining to hazardous waste remediation.
